Scope
These terms of use govern the use of the website EZCO.GG and its subpages (the “service”), operated by Alexander Rick (“we”). By using the service, you accept these terms. Use is free of charge and requires no registration.
Our service
EZCO provides information about football: fixtures, live scores, match events, line-ups, tables, statistics and match summaries compiled from data. The service is intended for information and entertainment only.
The data come from third parties, in particular our data provider Sportmonks, and are processed automatically. Live data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect and may be corrected later. We do not guarantee that the information is correct, complete or up to date. The official results are those published by the respective competition organisers. Please do not base decisions with financial or legal consequences on our data.
No games of chance
EZCO does not offer, broker or promote wagers or games of chance and does not display any related offers. Our data are not intended for such purposes.
Permitted use
You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. In particular, you must not:
- access, copy or harvest the service or its data by automated means (for example scrapers, crawlers or bots), except for search engines indexing the service in accordance with our robots.txt;
- reproduce, redistribute, sell or make publicly available data, texts or other content of the service, in whole or in substantial part, or use them to build your own database or service;
- embed the service in frames or present its content as your own;
- interfere with or overload the service, circumvent its security measures or use it in breach of applicable law.
We may block access in the event of violations.
Intellectual property
The service, its design, software, texts and the EZCO brand are protected by law and belong to us or our licensors. Football data and logos are licensed from third parties; names and logos of clubs and competitions belong to their respective owners. Except as expressly permitted in these terms, you are not granted any rights to them.
Links to other websites
The service contains links to third-party websites, such as our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content; the respective operators are.
Availability and changes to the service
We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, restrict or discontinue the service or individual functions at any time, for example for maintenance, for technical reasons or because data sources are unavailable.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent that we have given a guarantee.
In the event of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of an essential obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper use of the service possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely (cardinal obligation). In that case, our liability is limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable.
Otherwise, our liability is excluded. These limitations also apply to the personal liability of our legal representatives, employees and vicarious agents.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms with effect for the future, for example when the service or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page at the time of use applies.
Governing law and place of jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, or if you have no general place of jurisdiction in the European Union, the place of jurisdiction is the operator's place of residence.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by the statutory provisions.
